Kitchen floor

Ionut took out our old kitchen floor that had rotten floor boards and joists, replacing every joist, floorboard, installing underfloor heating and tiling.
Throughout the job Ionut was incredibly respectful & helpful with any questions we had, explaining what needed to happen at each step. He was also very patient with all the other works we were getting done round the house making it a bit of a mess.
We are very pleased with our new floor, and wouldn’t hesitate to use Ionut for any future works. Would recommend 100%.

Small Wooden BBQ Shelter

Very pleased with the quality of the finished shelter. Ionut spotted some issues with my plans, provided solution and added a few other ideas that I had not thought of. Work was carried out quickly with no fuss and everything was left clean. We now have a solid and effective BBQ hut that will last us for years to come. Would wholeheartedly recommend Ionut

Garden renovation with out house

Ionut went above and beyond with our garden renovation. He offered advice to support us in how best to use the space, listened to our views and ideas and helped add to them, and made sure we were involved in every step of the way.
He was very trust worthy, kept the house very clean and neat even though the construction did have to pass through the house, and kept us updated throughout the process. It was all a very positive experience and we are very excited and happy with our new garden and out-house.
His team worked really quickly in building everything and we were given realistic time-frames about how and when everything could be done.

Ionut is very patient and easy to communicate with. He instals the handrail with bannister and pole for my stairs, and the work is excellent. He keeps my place clean after finishing the work. I would like to recommend him because you don’t really need to worry about the result.

Banister needs your help!

Ionut did my banister and stairs and landing banister. He was Extremely particular which showed care for his work. If he said a time he would be there his work ethic is brilliant (unlike other builders I’ve had before having cigarette and coffee breaks every 10 mins)
He gave me a time it would be completed in and kept to that. Ionut also kept me updated with what he was doing every day. My banister was glass so he measured and ordered the glass. He is conscientious and tidy and I would highly recommend him which I have to friends and family. I will be using him again for a built in wardrobe I want in the spare room. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Replacement and Extension of existing patio and decking

We are delighted with the job Ionut and Vlad have done on our decking and patio project. Right from the off we had a good feeling about this firm, Ionut spent the time to listen to us and make a plan of what we needed. He also made some really good suggestions. My advice to anyone working with these guys is to listen to them, they are skilled craftsmen and know what works and what looks good. They helped us with several choices and we were pleased with their suggestions which worked well.
The job took about three weeks and we were kept up to date with progress all along. They were punctual and very tidy and very precise with their work. They are also really nice guys who we got to know a lot better as the job went on, they are trustworthy and very easy to work with.
I would have no hesitation recommending them and may well be asking them to do other work for us in the future.

Reinstate Newel Post Bannister and Spindles

I am a portfolio landlord and have used many contractors. Rate this as a brilliant job, done very quickly, reasonable cost. Ionut was easy to work with. Prompt and self sufficient. I was able to leave him to organise and design the job and work independently. Quality finish to the work. I will be using him again and would recommend him highly.

GARDEN ROOM – instead of extending the conservatory, we decided to build a garden room instead. Ionut took the lead with the design and structure, and I’m over the moon with the results. A great experience from start to finish – Ionut was a pleasure to deal – friendly, professional and courteous.

Ionut was really easy to communicate with and sent over a clear agreement of works and breakdown of costs. The finished banister is perfect! We are so happy with it. He worked tirelessly to finished to a high standard and within a day…and left zero mess behind! We will certainly be working with him on more renovations around the house.

Ionut and team were brilliant. They are are passionate about their work and paid attention to detail. They extended our patio which was a challenge aligning it with existing. Also added a pathway to new garden cabin and replaced a pergola for our grapevine. I added an additional request to lay turf which they accommodated, even worked at the weekend to complete. Some personal details were made to a memorial rose & hanging baskets added to the pergola which I did not expect, it was a lovely touch to the completed job. Thank you to a hardworking, reliable team. Would highly recommend.

Cladding and building finishing required

Ionut was hired to help with cladding and making watertight the entire back of my home. He approached the whole job brilliantly and was a breath of fresh air after some terrible experiences with other builders. His work was so good I subsequently hired him to re-do the office and shed in the back garden, which now all looks great; beautifully finished and solid. He takes great care with all his work and is clearly very skilled, with the results being a testament to this. I would highly recommend him.

Garden Staircase Needs Replacing

John (Ionut) did an excellent job replacing an old rotten exterior wooden staircase with a beautiful, sturdy hardwood staircase. Polite, punctual and professional, John is a talented carpenter that takes pride in his work. He also completely cleared up all the wood clippings, etc, after him. I would definitely use him again and I would highly recommend him.

This was a tricky job on a very old staircase in a 3 floor victorian terraced house and it now looks absolutely fantastic. From posting the job, coming to viewing/quote, through to completion has been less than 10 days. We would recommend Ionut to anyone.

I would highly recommend Ionut for any timber work. We hired him to complete a timber screen to block off a previous doorway and are incredibly impressed with the results. Upon contacting us, he was quick to arrange a visit to quote the work, provide the quote and confirm a start date. He was diligent in obtaining the materials, including the very specific stain colour I was wanting to achieve for the wood. He completed the job to a very high standard, and was on time, prompt in finishing the work and making sure we were happy. He was in regular contact before and after the work. I will definitely be using him again for any future builds, and recommend him to anyone considering timber works.

Can’t fault John at all. Not only his is nice, polite and easy to get on with but the job was done to a very high standard with no fuss and no mess. His quote was also very competitive. He solved a problem for me that had taken 6 months to resolve (poorly fitted kitchen) and I have already asked him to do some further work for me. 10/10
